The murders of Ezelle Ford, Trayvon Martin, and Mike Brown are sadly all one in the same. Of course the variables are different, but they all have the same common denominators. That common denominator is color. After all the years of physical and mental bondage, protest, marches, boycotts and treaties, being one of brown skin is still a crime. The African American is still not free. We obviously aren’t equal and the publicized race factor is what keeps us divided as a people.
